The father in the room
An interesting reflection on whether dads should be at the birth of their children from an Australian mum and author – as she says after her birth experience she described her partners input –
“I couldn’t stop telling people how wonderful he’d been, even though I find it hard to remember anything specific that he did, aside from remaining conscious”
